TextIt works with Twilio, Nexmo, Plivo, Clickatell, and other SMS and phone APIs to send your messages with your existing account and phone number. Or, if you want to send messages via social networks, you can integrate it with Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Viber, and LINE to send messages to your followers for free.Then, you'll create Flows, TextIt's text-powered bots that can communicate with your followers automatically. You'll add a trigger word, and whenever someone texts your company's phone number or social account with that word in the message, TextIt will start the appropriate flow. It might start out by sending a welcome message, asking your customer if they'd like info about pricing or your store's hours. Then, you'll add a filter to watch for the correct word in their reply—and can add a followup message with the correct info they need. Add as many messages as you need to your flow to build out an intelligent bot, connecting your messages for a workflow that feels like a real conversation.Once you're done talking with your customer, you can have TextIt save your customers' reply to any app with a TextIt integration, or use its API to connect it to your own internal database. That way, you can add your followers to an email list, send an automated followup weeks later, or share additional resources with them after the conversation.You can build out the same type of workflows in SMS messages or social networks, or you use Twilio's voice prompts and digital voice responses to build out the same workflows for phone calls.TextIt is also a great place to keep track of your interactions with customers.
