Or, if you want to send messages via social networks, you can integrate it with Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Viber, and LINE to send messages to your followers for free.Then, you'll create Flows, TextIt's text-powered bots that can communicate with your followers automatically. You'll add a trigger word, and whenever someone texts your company's phone number or social account with that word in the message, TextIt will start the appropriate flow. It might start out by sending a welcome message, asking your customer if they'd like info about pricing or your store's hours. Then, you'll add a filter to watch for the correct word in their reply—and can add a followup message with the correct info they need.
