That'll let you quickly send out the NPS survey to your customers and subscribers, just as you'd send out any other standard email from your app. Then, get feedback from your website visitors by adding Wootric's JavaScript to your site—or use the API to build it into your app. That's the quickest way to start getting feedback from your customers.Want to get more detailed feedback? You can then go tweak the survey, adding the exact question and phrasing you want to use.
