Resturant
- Front Thank-you Bin Empty and Clean?
Sandwich Unit
- Are the hotwell meats heated to standard and not discolored or overcooked?Have they been labelled correctly?
- Are products in Sandwich unit Prepped to Standard? Fresh and well drained stock?
- Are sauce bottles full and clean, with stickers?
Drinks Machine
- Is machine clean including nozzles Clean?
- BIB's (syrups) in date and in box?
Drinks Fridge
- Is the fridge well stocked and well presented?

Baking Centre
- Is bread baked to Subway standard?Correct size, colour, correct amount of cheese, seasoned well, seams not visible.
Back Bench
- Toaster clean, inside, grate, and underneath ?
- Microwaves clean, inside & underneath?
- Coffee machine clean, underneath and is the grip pod free?
- Smoothie Blender clean? Jugs clean, underneath?
Hand wash Sink Area
- Clean?
- Paper Towel Stocked?
- Hand Cleaner Stocked?
Prep Area
- Are walls clean around prep area?
- Mop sink and underneath clean?
- Cambros sticker FREE?
Freezer
- Is all stock stored off the floor?
Coolroom
- Floors, shelves and walls clean?Including under shelves and non slip mats.
- Is all stock stored off the floor?
- Are all the sauces dated?
Dry Goods Area
- Is the dry goods area clean and organised?No rubbish, no stock kept on floor, under shelves clean, bins emptied.
Temperature Logs - Temps must be checked by 10am every morning.
- Have you completed Temperatures Checks this morning?Temps must be checked by 10.am every morning.
Credits
- Have you added in your stores Bread Credits to P.O.S?Yesterdays bread must be discarded by 9am
