What does this form include?
This form contains 3 sections:
Any visual damage?

- Any damage to signage or rating plates on forklift?
- Any faults with the emergency stop?
- Any faults with the control functions?
- Any unusual noise or vibration?
- Any damage to tines or load backrest?
- Any damage to overhead guard or ROPS?
- Any faults with tires including wheel nuts, inflation pressure and tread?
- Any fluid leaks?
- Any fluids outside of their appropriate range including engine, hydraulic, transmission, brake fluid, coolant and power steering?
- Any faults with reverse beeper, lights or horn?
