What does this form include?
This form contains 15 sections:
D&C sales person
Complying Development Certificate
- Have a Construction Development certificate been issued to the client before any construction took place?
- Did the client receive their Occupation Certificate at the end of the project?
Notes:
Building Works
- All building works such as walls have been built to dimension showing on the plan?
- Have all skirting and flat bar been fitted on to the standards?
- Have all ceiling tiles been put back on to the ceiling?
- Have all doors been fitted on according to the building works plan?
- Have all door handles and door closers been tested?

Painting
- Are all colors been applied according to the finishes schedule?
- Have all walls and doors been checked for any touch up?
Frosting
- Have all frosting been applied according to the approved design from the client?
- Have all new frosting been checked for any defects?
Electrical
- All power and data point been tested and labeled?
- Does the amount of power and data point add up according to the signed quote
- Have the comms rack been tested and labelled?
Air-conditioning
- Have all air-conditioning works been completed and Air balanced?
- All works have been checked for free of defects?
Fire Services
- Have all fire services been modified to suit the new layout and a certificate been issued from fire services contractor?
Hydraulics
- Have all hydraulics works been tested and free of defect?
- Have all the hydraulic works been fitted to the Australian Standards?
Kitchen and Custom Joinery
- Have all joinery been checked for quantity?
Flooring ( Vynal , Carpet, Tiles )
- Is the flooring been installed as per the finishes schedule?
