What does this form include?
This form contains 2 sections:
TOILET CHECK.
- TOILET CHECK.
- Dim lights - Turn outside light ON
- Light up the candles bar and restaurant.
- Change menus - Check stock and changes with chef or manager
- Polish cutlery
- Stock station with ramakins,sauces,spoons,till rolls,
- Check bookings, adjust tables and Mark them.
- Refill ice buckets with ice
- Polish check glasses
- Check kids pencils. Sharpen if needed
- Check salt and pepper. Refill if needed.
- Prepare napkins rolls. Fold paper napkins
- PREPARE FOR THE WORST
