An item logged against category 1, 4, 13, or 14 (roof leak or block drain over production area)
Priority 2 - action to be closed off within 1 month from report issue
An item logged against category 2 (broken panes-major I.e. Above window reveal)
Priority 3 - action to be closed off within 3 months from report issue
An item logged against category 10 (broken panes-minor I.e. Below window reveal)
Priority 4 - action to be closed off within 6 months from report issue
An item logged against category 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 or 12 (general rubbish)
