Complete full check of floor and wall tiling
What does this form include?
This form contains 8 sections:
MAIN FLOOR AREA
- All tiles laid true and square, no small cuts, no lipping and clean
- Grout removed from expansion joints and in correct locations
- Grouting complete and joints full
DOWNSTAIRS W/C
- Floor tiles complete and falls to wastes.
- Skirting tiles complete and height as per plan.
- Grouting complete with no grout smear on tiles
- Spare Full boxes only stacked neatly under stairs.
BATHROOM
- Waterproofing complete and inspected prior to tiling.
- Floor tiles complete and falls to wastes.
- Wall tiles complete and feature tiles included in correct location and correct size.
- Bath hob tiles completed and as per plan.
- Skirting tiles complete and height as per plan.
- Splash backs complete and correct to plan
- Shower and door water stops remain and undamaged.
- Floor waste grates installed.
- Floor waste drains clear of tiling / bedding material
- Grouting completed with no grout smear on tiles
- Internal floor tile junction to Streamline angle is siliconed
- Spare Full boxes only stacked neatly under stairs.
ENSUITE
- Waterproofing complete and inspected prior to tiling.
- Floor tiles complete and falls to wastes.
- Wall tiles complete and feature tiles included in correct location to correct size.
- Skirting tiles complete and height as per plan.
- Splash backs complete and correct to plan
- Shower and door water stops remain and undamaged.
- Floor waste grates installed.
- Floor waste clear of tiling / bedding material
- Grouting completed with no grout smear on tiles
- Internal floor tile junction to Streamline angle is siliconed
- Spare Full boxes only stacked neatly under stairs.
LAUNDRY
- Floor tiles complete.
- Splash back over laundry tub complete as per detail.
- Skirting tiles complete and height as per plan.
- Floor waste grates installed.
- Floor waste clear of tiling / bedding material
POWDER
- Floor tiles complete.
- Splash back over vanity complete as per detail.
- Skirting tiles complete and height as per plan.
- Grouting completed with no grout smear on tiles
- Spare Full boxes only stacked neatly under stairs.
OTHER (if applicable)
- Kitchen splash back complete to detail.
- Sliding door sills complete.
- External door sills completed
HOUSEKEEPING
- All rubbish and packaging removed from garage and placed in bin/ cage.
- Timber delivery pallets placed in bin provided.
- Spare full boxes of tiles neatly stacked under stairs around corner so painter can paint wall linings.
- House fully swept out and rubbish placed in bins provided.
