What does this form include?
This form contains 8 sections:
Activity: Door set installation.
- Check the area is clear of materials and debris.
- Check that the structural openings are correct.
- Install doors and linings in accordance to the door manufactures installation instructions.

Activity: Install architraves.
- Check the required lengths.
- Cut the mitres for the heads and legs of the architraves in accordance with SEC RAMs & HS polices.
- Check the fixings are adequate and mitres are flush fitting and are not stepped.
- Check fixings are below surface.
- Check free from damage, burrs and abrasions.
Activity: install skirting.
- Check skirting is fixed to line and level.
- Check internal scribes and external mitres.
- Check fixings are below surface.
- Check free from damage, burrs and abrasions.
Activity: fitting of laminated wall panels.
- Checking the structural opening of the door corresponds with the drawings.
- Check dimensions of laminated panels to fit between the ceramic tiling.
- Fit the shadow gap materials to the face of the plaster boarded walls.
- Check the levels of the split battens to walls & laminated panels.
