What does this form include?
This form contains 4 sections:
Exterior
- Awning in working order?
- Awning is clean?
- Step and handlebar are in working order?
- Fresh water tank is emptied?
- City water connection and water pressure limiter disconnected and put away?
- Grey and black water tanks are emptied?
- Slide is cleaned and in working order?
- Propane levels are noted
- How many chairs accounted for?
- BBQ is clean?
- Small propane bottles bottles used? How many?
- Mats put away?
Interior
- Antennas put down?
- All windows and vents closed?
- All window screens are undamaged?
- Blinds and curtains undamaged?
- Fridge cleaned and in working order?
- Bathroom is cleaned and all fixtures are functional?
- Stove is clean and all knobs are turned to the off position?
- All dishes utensils and cutlery are accounted for?
- Counters and tables have been wiped clean and sanitized?
- All cabinet doors are functioning properly?
- Heater is functional? Air-conditioning is functional?
- Temperature control center is turned off?
- Floor has been swept and mopped?
