Precast panel post install checklist
What does this form include?
This form contains 7 sections:
Plant and Equipment Safety
- EWP plant checks are complete (Pre-start)?
- All electrical equipment is tested and tagged?
Risk Management
- Is floor slab clear to allow safe operation of EWP?
- Misc- Any contributing hazards impacting safe panel install?
Dowels & Packers
- Dowel pin set out and packer locations are as per approved drawings?
Precast Panel Inspection
- Panel is straight and free from twist, bows etc?
- Panel numbers and location match approved drawings?
- Ferrules, rebates, panel finish etc are correct and as per workshop approved drawings?
Precast Alignment / Panel props
- Panel Props are secure and brace locking pins are all locked to prevent dislodgement of the locking pin?
- Precast Panels are plumbed /aligned as per approved drawings?
Corner brackets and plates
- Are corner brackets and plates installed as per approved drawings?
