What does this form include?
This form contains 5 sections:
Photograph.
Spot check questions.
- Is hair net being worn?
- Is beard net being worn?
- Is protective coat being worn?
- Is protective footwear being worn?
PPE Equipment.
- Is all PPE equipment readily available?
- Is PPE station clean and equipment stored in good condition?
Canteen.
- Are all staff in Canteen wearing non-work floor clothing?
Changing Rooms.
- Are staff handling overalls correctly e.g. taking off and hanging up on PPE hooks in preparation for toilet or canteen break ?
- Having been for toilet or canteen break - are staff putting on new hairnet then overall from PPE hooks ?
