- Does the Sheet/ Item contain a performance cap? Does the sheet/ item contain a protective film or liner?
Imaging Test
- Is this sheet going to have an image added to it?
Form Testing
- Is this material used for a formed product?

- Did the coating on the sheet de-laminate or peel off of the sheet?
Summarize any damage found on shipment or on product.
