Inspection items
- Pier holes are free of water
- Pier holes are free of debris and excess spoil
- Pier holes are down to appropriate depth or bearing pressure
- Pier holes are on even bearing
- Pier holes are at correct width
- Pier holes are located as per engineers details
- Reinforcing steel is as per engineers details
- Reinforcing steel is appropriately tied with the required cover
- Adequate piers have been bored
- All piers are near vertical
- Development as per the Development Consent
