What does this form include?
This form contains 8 sections:
Swipe Activated Gates
- Are all swipe activated gates in the closed position when not in use?
- Do all swipe gates function as they should (I.e. Open on swiping, close automatically after a short delay)?
- Do the high AND low card readers function normally?
- Do any of the swipe gates show signs of interference or accidental damage?
Keypad Personnel Gates
- Are all P/A gates secure when not in use?
- Do all P/A gates function as they should (keypads unlock and spring closers functioning)?
- Do any of the gates show signs of interference or accidental damage?
Perimeter Fencing
- Is the fencing in position as per requirements of the Security Plan?
- Is the fencing in good repair (note any holes/damage/maintenance requirements)?

Signage
- Is adequate security signage in place in accordance with the Security Plan (I.e. At every entry point and at regular intervals along the perimeter)?
- Does any of the signage show signs of interference or accidental damage?
