What does this form include?
This form contains 11 sections:
Site OH&S
- Has Safe Work Method Statement been left on site and signed by all employees/contractors?
Products, Colours and Materials.
- Have all the products and materials been applied according to the finishes schedule?
- Are all the colours correct and been applied according to the colour schedule?
Ceilings
- Has the product been checked for coverage & consistency in all areas?
- Have ceilings been backrolled?
- Are there any visible cracks, joins, defects or filling required?
- Is the stipple of the paint finish acceptable?
- Is there any paint on light fittings or other items?
- General notes on finish of ceilings.
Walls
- Has the product been checked for coverage & consistency in all areas?
- Are there any visible cracks, joins, defects or filling required?
- Is the stipple of the paint finish acceptable?
- Is the cutting in to the ceilings straight, neat and with no over painting?
- General notes on finish of the walls.
Trim & Woodwork
- Has the product been checked for coverage & consistency in all areas?
- Are there any visible cracks, mitres, runs, defects or filling required?
- Is the cutting in to the walls straight, neat and with no over painting?
- Is the level of finish to all areas free from unacceptable brush marks?
- Doors been painted top and bottom edges?
- General notes on finish to trim.
External
- Has the front step been oiled?
- Have the lintels been painted and free from defects?
- Have the eaves been painted and free from defects?
- Has the spouting been painted and free from defects?
- Has the fascia been painted and free from any defects?
- Have the Weatherboards been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the cladding been painted and free from any defects?
- Have all external ceilings been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the steelwork been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the external doors been painted and free from any defects (including top and bottom edges)?
- Has the front door been painted and free from any defects (including top and bottom edges)?
- Have the external windows been painted and free from any defects (including paint on glass/aluminum/window furniture)?
- Has the meter box been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the stink pipe been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the roof been painted and free from any defects?
- Have the downpipes been painted and free from any defects?
- Have rendered areas been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the brickwork been painted and free from any defects?
- Has the decking been painted/stained/oiled and free from any defects?
- Have all fences and gates been painted and free from any defects?
General Notes
- Are all areas free from paint splatter, over painting and all non painted times clean?
- All items that have been removed; hinges, handles, door/window furniture and other items been reinstalled?
