What does this form include?
This form contains 8 sections:
A1 = Inspection Completed - No Defects
A2 = Inspection Completed - Defect found and repaired - Requires no further attention
A3 = Defect found but not repaired. The equipment can still operate safely but should receive attenti
A4 = Defect found that affects safety. Repairs not completed - Machine remains ou of service.
Activity
- Examine switchboard for covers
- Labelled correctly
- All pole fillers in place
- Inspect lights ( covers not damaged )
- Check for no signs of heating to switchgear
- Test earth leakage at each building switchboard
- Check power outlets for damage, over heating and correct labelling
- Check all glands are tight and secure
- Test earth leakage on aux switchboard
- Check earth electrode
- Check appliances for damage
- Check for current test tags
