What does this form include?
This form contains 6 sections:
Switchboard
- Custom greeting using your name and "Sonic" (& Happy Hour if appropriate).
- A BIG smile in your voice
- Give the total
- Custom closing that clearly says we are glad the guest chose Sonic.
Carhop
- SKATE!
- Make Eye Contact & SMILE
- Custom greeting that tells the guest you are glad they are here and introduces yourself
- Repeat the order
- Mint on the cup and in the bag?
- Give the Total
- Name on Receipt or Sticker
- Offer Ketchup & give correct amount
- Give the guest your name and let them know to push the red button if they need anything.
Check back
- Make Eye Contact & SMILE
- Ask a specific question about the guest's meal or service
- Is there anything else I can get for you? Would you like to try a ______(Dessert)?
- Sincerely Thank the Guest
