Escape Routes
- Are all emergency escape routes clear and free from obstruction?
- Are all external Fire Exit stairwells clear and free from obstruction?
- Are all Fire Exit stairwells in good condition?
- Are all Fire Doors clear and free from obstruction?
- Are all final exits clear and free from obstruction (internal and external)?
Emergency Lighting
- Are all escape routes adequately lit?
Fire Fighting Equipment
- Are all Fire Extinguishing Media units located correctly?
- Is all Fire Extinguishing Media in good condition?
- Is all Fire Extinguishing Media clearly visible?
- Are all Fire Extinguishing Media units free from obstruction?
- Is the Dry Riser Inlet Valve clear and free from obstruction?
- Is the Dry Riser Inlet Valve clearly visible?
- Is the Dry Riser Inlet Valve in good condition?
