Facility::Asset condition assessment checklist
The purpose of this report is to provide an assessment on the overall condition of the facility as well as its assets. additionally it should be to identify and assess any assets not loaded in the cmms database.
What does this form include?
This form contains 11 sections:
Asset Identification
- Is this equipment loaded into the CMMS database (is there an Asset ID)?
- 1 - Operating Environment Do Asset Operating Conditions such as Ambient Temperature, Humidity and Environmental Conditions conform to recommended manufacturers installation / operational specifications?
- 2 - Asset Operating Profile (Correct Capacity Sizing, Correct Application)Is Asset appropriately sized and does the application of the asset efficiently and effectively conform to overall system performance and functionality?
