- Flat surfaces are clean and free from dust
- Dry amnesties are replenished with adequate stock level
- Towel trolleys are presentable
- Lockers are clean and in good order (check 6 lockers in each bay)
- Carpets are hoovered (check corners)
- Mirrors & stainless steal finishes are clean
- Hairdryers/straighteners are present & backs of Hairdryers are clean
- Bins are tidy and not overflowing
- Iron & ironing boards are present and in good working order
- Towels are topped up & sufficient stock available
- Vending machine is topped up
Shower & Toilet area
- Showers are clean (wipe check 4 random showers)
- Shower amnesties are adequately stocked
- Drains are clean and free from hair
- No towels or rubbish lying around
- Sauna is clean
- Steam room is clean
- Toilets are clean
- Toilet tolls are replenished
- Sinks are clean & soap replenished
- Wet area floors are clean throughout (signs in place if floor wet)
Premier Plus Lounge
- The Premier Plus area is clean and tidy (carpets, flat surfaces, mirrors)
- All amnesties are replenished (deodorant, mouthwash, shavers, dry-cleaning cards, body cream etc)
- Coffee machines is clean & in good working order (check coffee stock in the drawers) & water topped up
- Both small and big towels are topped up
- Magazines and newspapers are in date & tidy
