This form contains 6 sections:
The monthly workplace inspection is a form to help identify/establish whether anything requires atten
Check for damage or any obvious signs of danger
- Check for damage or any obvious signs of danger
- Industrial ladders - check for any maintenance required
- Storage and stacking - shelving tidy and secure
- All portable electrical equipment - tested and tagged
- Check electrical equipment for frayed or damaged leads
- Chemical substances - SDS current/Storage/labelled
- PPE - utilized and replaced as required
- Notices/ Signage - visible and appropriate
- Fire protection - check extinguishers have been serviced
- Housekeeping - rubbish/recycling - tidy vehicle
- Containers - storage / condition / leaks identified
First Aid facilities - kits restocked and checked
- First Aid facilities - kits restocked and checked
Hand tools - good condition
- Hand tools - good condition
- Machinery - safeguarded and in good working condition
- Machinery regularly maintained
- Current WOF/COF
- Current registration
- Current road user charges
- Check condition of tyres
- All lights in good working condition
