Are there any areas that were excluded from the original survey or previous inspection?
2. Existing Asbestos Containing Materials (acm's).
- Are all asbestos containing materials identified as being in good condition?
Photograph of asbestos containing materials confirming their condition?
State location and sample reference number (maintains traceability).
Action required to manage asbestos containing materials (insert sample reference number and action required)
Site Manager to insert details of action taken, date completed and signature.
