Site Entry
- Are all employees aware of company SWMS and signed on for all paperwork required by builder
- Are all employees currently listed on the daily sign in register for the site
- Have all employees attended the current appropriate toolbox talk or meeting
- Are all sub contractors currently signed in to the site visitor register
- Are all employees and sub contractors site inducted
- Are non site specific hazards identified and preventions to consequences put in place
- Has builder got safety precautions in place to hazards identified by builder
Site Specific Hazards - Slips/Trips/Falls
- Are there areas where work is to be carried out in which the ground is unstable or slippery
- Are there areas where work is to be carried out in which there are loose objects or obstacles on ground or to prevent safe working methods
- Are there areas of deep excavations or steep slopes to carry out work upon
