- If no, were decks cleaned?
- Is the water around the barge free of sheen?
Supplemental Inspection
- Is water in voids sheen free?
- Voids to pump?
- Sheen present in the water after pumping void?
- Hopper pumped?
- Sheen present in the water after pumping hopper?
