Qc field signoff
What does this form include?
This form contains 24 sections:
Confirm all leveling nuts and are placed (within footprint of base plate) and at correct elevation.
All steel erected per shop drawings.
Columns plumbed and structure erected within AISC tolerances.
Visual inspection of all TC bolts snapped.
Visual inspection of all hex bolts marked for "turn-of-the-nut".
Finger-tight connections inspected and verified double-nut or damaged threads.
Inspection of all washers and heavy-duty washers at oversized and slotted holes.
Confirm all bolt holes are filled.
All field welds visually inspected, accepted, and initialed. Document on daily reports.
Plumb columns to within AISC tolerances.
Snug up leveling nuts and shim plates, torque column anchor bolts, and weld plate washers in place. Pound in/out shim plates projecting outside of baseplate.
All deck installed per shop drawings.
All closures installed.
Deck attachments and side lap fasteners installed per shop drawings.
Studs installed per shop drawings.
Ceramic ferrules broken.
Bent plate installed and welded per shop drawings.
Holes in deck foamed and/or closed.
All tools, materials, and debris removed from deck.
Deck signed off for safety. Safety cable installed/tightened, holes covered/marked etc...
Random sample verification of IWF sign-offs above. (10% of all welds and connections).
Erection and detailing inspected and signed off by 3rd party inspector.
Decking and studs inspected and signed off by 3rd party inspector.
All RFI's, FW's, and supplemental info pertaining to this area complete and inspected.
