- Is a legionella assessment available
Fire
- Does store have access to the FRA
Electrics
- Are there trailing cables/use of extension leads
Housekeeping
- Is waste appropriately managed
- Is confidential information appropriately stored
- Is timed disposal managed
- Are storage areas appropriately managed
- Is shelving in good condition
COSHH
- Are COSHH items suitably stored
- Are MSDS available
Welfare
- Is thermal comfort suitable
- are portable heaters used
- Is staff rest area appropriate
- Are there thermal gain issues
- Are there any damp issues
- Is a gas boiler fitted
- Is it in date for service
- Is a CO monitor available and working
