  • 2.3 Fire extinguishers correctly tagged, all seals/pins intact, not obstructed?
  • 2.4 First Aid Kits stocked and First Aid Officers details displayed?
  • 2.5 Are tagging requirements for electrical equipment up to date?
  • 2.6 Are Gas Plant Leak test inspections being completed?
  • 3.1 Are employees wearing PPE in accordance with site rules?
  • 4.1 Are signs and barriers legible and undamaged?
  • 5.1 Are scaffolds erected for access to work areas erected to standard (I.e.inspection tag in place, top handrail mid rail and kick boards fitted)?
