What does this form include?
This form contains 9 sections:
Access to the building
- Is there good access for the delivery lorry
Photograph the access to the building
Record the measured height of the door into the facilit
Record the measured width off the door
Machine installation into facility
- Has the customer seen to installation guide for the machine
- Does the floor meet the required standard
- Has enough space been allocated taking into account installation requirements. Eg : coolant tank
- Has enough space been added for service requirements
- Does the customer understand the services required and panned for such services to be in place prior to installation
Does the customer require any other equipment to be moved during the installation
Make and model
Photograph the proposed location of the machine
Customer contact
- Has the customer had regular updates on the deliver expected deliver date for the machine
