Signs
- "WARNING High Voltage Inside No Trespassing". On all sides of fence(outside), Max 50 feet apart?
- On all gates?
- "DANGER. High Voltage Above. Keep Away". On all sides of structure?
- Locks in good working condition?
- All locks SEMCO brass or ITS
- SEMCO sign on front of fence? (Including station name and phone number)
- Mowing of property OK?
- Debris on property removed?
- Storage building in good shape?
- Fenced area with few or no weeds?
