  • Prove function of pressure controls and calibrate as required

  • Ensure insulation is secured to panels and cabinet
  • Inspect and advise on condition of both indoor and outdoor coils
  • Inspect condition of flexible conditions and return air intake offs and confirm they are fit for purp
  • Verify pipework and associated components are fit for purpose
  • Examine units for corrosion. Advise of need to treat
  • Report on general condition of equipment and advise of further work required
  • Make note of equipment misuse such as extreme adjustment of controls or restriction of airflow
  • Observe operation in appropriate mode
  • High Wall Splits & Cassettes
  • Inspect condensate trays and drains. Clean as required
  • Inspect return air filter and advise if cleaning was required
  • Check pipework for vibration and that all insulation and cover ducts are intact
  • Operate unit through heating and cooling modes
