What does this form include?
This form contains 5 sections:
Exterior
- Indira Gandhi graphic to be provided.
- Outside furniture vertical portion finish is to be done and all panel markings to be removed.
- Lifting holes in verticals of all tables to be filled.
- All furniture legs have to be grouted.
- Grout filling of furniture leg should match to the existing slab level
- Water tank covers to be installed
- Floors to be smoothened
- Grade slab corner chip offs to be rectified.
- Chip off portion in floor panels to be rectified.
- Floor sill near entrance chip off to be rectified.
- Core packing to be done where rain water and plumbing lines were taken (on floor)
- Backfilling to be done
- Bathroom cutouts to be covered
- DB box side finish to be completed.
- Staircase to be fixed
- Overhead tank concrete panel to be fixed
- Waterproofing to be done
Interior
- Grouting marks on all panels to be removed/covered.
- Cracks on wall panels to be rectified.
- Blow holes on wall panels to be rectified.
- Missing glass in windows to be fixed.
- Bottom corner chip offs for interior tables to be rectified.
- Filling to be done between walls and grade slabs
- Plumbing box packing to be done in toilet area.
- Bathroom doors to be installed (2 nos)
- Door handles to be installed
- Grade slab undulations to be rectified as much as possible
- Ceiling slab joints to be filled with grout properly from inside
- Extra rods and hanging hooks to be trimmed off and finished neatly.
MEP Testing
- Fans working
- Lights working
- Handwash taps water running
- Bathroom leakages
- Water tank motor running
MEP testing to be done
- MEP testing to be done
- Exhaust fans to be fixed in toilets.
- All taps to be fixed.
- Dining area fan cups (top) to be fixed properly.
- Handwash drainpipe to be packed with grout
- Toilet spout pipes should be vertical
- Bathroom tiling completed
- Electrical second fix to be positioned square
- All plumbing openings to be neatly finished
- DB to be weathered correctly
