What does this form include?
This form contains 2 sections:
Via truck specific inspection
- Is hydraulic fluid level full
- Is grease in PTO shaft at proper level
- Does final filter cage have debris or metal fatigue
- Are door gaskets (rear door, top and bottom bag house and cyclone) in good repair
- Is rear door grease fittings in good repair
- Is bag house free of debris and metal fatigue
- Is cross over ducts free of debris and metal fatigue
- Is tail hoses and outlet in good repair
- Are all hydraulic functions working properly
