  • Wiping down the bike at the end of each day will prevent rust and other forms of corrosion to build up
  • What to wipe down:Using an absorbent cloth, focus on all areas where perspiration can settle. Raise all posts to the highest setting to expose this moisture
  • Check the applicable items for general wear and tear and operational faults
  • Cables:Ensure the cables are not worn.Ensure the cables are in the pulley slots correctly.Ensure the cable tension is correct, not too loose or too tight
  • Selector pin:Ensure the selector pin is available at each machine. Ensure the selector pin slides smoothly in and out to change the desired weight
  • Seat and height adjustment:Ensure the adjustment of all possible areas is smooth and easy to operate.Ensure all selector pins available at each machine.
  • General cleaning:Clean guide rods, if dirty. Use disinfectant to wipe all of the upholstery.Clean all exterior and and chrome parts with damp cloth
